Super hot, super delicious
Just love this stuff. It's about as hot as you can get without extract. I'm a big fan and have now purchased several times. This is not for casual hot sauce lovers, this is perfect for any experienced/discerning pepperhead. Oh, it's delicious too with a bright fresh flavor. A+

(UPDATED) Are you ready for an odd review?
To start, I'll say I think this one falls under "results may vary". Personally, I find it DELICIOUS. Heat tolerances and reactions will vary, depending on a number of factors. I believe one factor is genetics. I don't detect much heat on the middle or frontal tongue. It's at the back of the tongue for me. I've never had that reaction before. It's a sharp heat but not very strong. It makes my tummy feel very warm and pleasant. Here's where things may seem a little odd unless you understand from your own experience with strong peppers... I get an initial and short-lived stimulant sort of feeling like caffeine, followed by a short-lived relaxation, then followed by a long lasting sense of vibrant health!! Like it's a mini fountain of youth! I've heard that strong peepers have an effect on free testosterone production in some men. This stuff is amazing!! I expected it to be far hotter, but I don't blame the product at all. I think it's down to my own body composition. But when a sauce uplifts you with vitality and it's delicious, who cares about the missing hellish burn? UPDATE: It gets stronger in the fridge overnight once opened and shaken well. It's a bit stronger than the Tabasco brand Scorpion sauce. So it's VERY strong. And gets the whole tongue.

More than likely a must have for a chili head.
A most enjoyable hot sauce. There isn't much about Firey Fool that isn't great. Price, color, consistency, flavor, aroma, appearance. Top marks on all. Heat level is great for not containing extract. Not having extract was a major selling point for me as I've steered clear from sauce containing extract for a few years now. I find that their flavor is compromised most of the time. (Blairs has some good ones) Now with reapers, scorps, and jolokias at the ready. There is little need for extract. As crazy as it might sound... I do think Fiery Fool could be kicked up a notch. For a chili head this hot sauce is a solid 6 on the heat level. The flavor is reaper and scorpion heavy with some garlic notes and a kiss of cumin on the front. The heat hits your tounge more than anywhere else. A bit in the nasal passage too. About a 5 min burn. This is a 5 drops per slice of pizza sauce. For the chili head this is at least a must try. More than likely a must have. On the 2nd picture my finger is level to the cap. It's what I consider a drop.

Good
Good flavor, but I thought it would be hotter. I have a couple other non-extract sauces that I think are higher on the scale.

Delicious
Best tasting ultra hot sauce I've ever had. Everything from this brand is amazing.

Good taste, less heat than expected.
This sauce has good flavor. It’s a thick sauce with a very pepper forward flavor. I find myself doubting that it’s the hottest sauce made without extracts, though, as I find Torchbearer’s Garlic Reaper to be hotter and they list theirs as a 9/10. Maybe once upon a time this was accurate? I’m not sure, but I will admit that this is just my experience so it may seem hotter to others. I like that I ordered this sauce out of curiosity about the heat but actually ended up enjoying it enough to like eating it with my food.

Very hot and flavorful
This is the hottest, yet still edible, hot sauce I've tried. Not only is it very spicy, it has a good "Louisiana" hot sauce flavor - no pineapple, or brown sugar, or things like that. For the average person, this is probably too hot. Even if you like spicy things, you may find you only want to use a few scattered drops - instead of dousing your food with it.

Extremely Hot
I routinely eat a variety of hot sauces. One of my favorites is a Habanero sauce. I always said “The spicier the better”. I really enjoy a variety of flavors. This sauce had no flavor it was just like pure blistering hot. I truly believe there is no point in getting a sauce that has enjoyable heat and flavor. This one is not for me.

I really enjoy this sauce. It has some real nice heat. After using it for a while it has nice flavor, and heat. If you're looking for a sauce that only takes about 5 drops in a decent plate of pasta or whatever this is your sauce.

Very very hot, but it has a really good flavor, almost has like a hint of curry or something, goes well with Indian food

What can I say..... Not for the beginner. Awesome flavor and heat. Tried it on my bacon and eggs and it was excellent. Gonna be making wings and give them a good coating.

She’s spicy, right on the verge of good flavor and too much heat. Great convo piece for guests. Lol. Good on tacos!

Gave this as a gift. I tried to warn my uncle it was really hot. He didn’t listen and stuck his finger in the sauce to try it. After a red face and watery eyes he said it was a little spicy.
