Maintaining weight was important to me in 2023. I had a 4 pack of abs, extremely fit, but pretty skinny weighing in 150 pounds. 2024 I wanted to get bigger so, I bulk. I got this scale from sunny fit. I checked my weight and guess what? 203 pounds! Wow! I am a big boy now haha! 2025 to keep all the muscle I gain and cut down 50 pounds! Yup every week I will measure myself and the best part about this is if you use their Sunny Fit App it bluetooths connects to your phone and measure scale and enter all the information automatically. So useful and brilliant. Love it.

Good product great with the app helps you to realize what needs work on your body

This scale looks nice. With the app, it might be a great scale, but I'm tired of adding one-off apps for fitness purposes. The apps I have left on my phone for fitness purposes all talk to each other. I don't know what this company is going to do with my data, and I don't know who they share it with. As a result, I tried to use the scale without the app. The only thing it will tell you is the weight. Everything else is only available with the app. Also, it did not measure the same as two other scales I tried within a few minutes of each other. This scale was about half a pound too high.

I waited a little while to review this because I didn't have any AAA batteries (it needs 3). After I got some and read the instructions it says there were some included in the box. Sure enough I double checked and they are taped to the inside of the protective cardboard that you slide off the unit when you get it. Don't throw those away! I feel like the stats from body resistance can be a bit hokey at best, but it's sure cheaper than a body scan. I compared the weight to my trusty older medical grade digital scale and it was within 0.2lbs (accuracy is claimed to within 0.1lb, maybe they meant resolution). What matters more is that you consistently use the same scale (my teenage son had taken my trusty one so I needed a backup). Stepping on and off the scale I do see the reading is usually accurate but sometimes it changes by .1 or .2lbs. So this may not be the most accurate (-1 star). I do like that just standing on it turns it on (no button to press to wake it up). Hooked up the bluetooth to my smartphone app (instructions were helpful there, lots of app setup and account sign-in; I'm glad apple lets me obscure my email and restrict health data sharing). Body fat results were believable to me, I haven't gotten scanned recently nor done skin fold. I may update and compare to the scale if I ever bother to do either again.

For 50 bucks this scales has every statistic you need bmi bodyfat muscle mass etc...
