Shower Door Bottom Seal, 2 PCS 3/8" x 36" Shower Door Sweep for 3/8 Inch Glass, Frameless Glass Shower Door Seal Strip, Stop Shower Leaks and Create a Water Barrier

This product is what I needed to replace my original door seal. It was a bit too snug when closing the door. So I eventually removed the adhesive tape from the bottom strip and reapplied the strip with clear silicone which reduced the height just enough so the door now closes easily. The silicone also provides a better seal and keeps dirt, mildew and soap scum from getting under the edges. Once the adhesive gets dirty, you can’t get it clean. Recommend sealing edges with silicone even if using supplied adhesive tape to keep the dirt out.

I installed this on my shower door. It fits well and the material appears durable. The only downside is cutting the material to the size of my shower door. It’s very difficult to cut to size. I tried a box cutter and scissors without success. I ended up using a pipe cutter which did the trick, because it holds it down while the blade makes a clean uniform cut. It was easy to install after that. I hope it lasts longer that the manufactured door seal that was installed when the house was built 4 years ago.

The seal which I attached to the lower part of the shower glass door worked great ! My only complain was that the bottom semi round seal which is supposed to be glued to the floor leaked a little through the glue and I had to add a little silicone on both sides. My floor is with tiles which are not perfectly glazed and the supplied glueing strip did not work perfect and I added the silicone ! Another recommendation will be to offer this sealing kit in smaller package ! I used one set out of the two in the package and one is enough for one door ‘

Good concept but it didn't work for us. We bought the product for the bottom plastic strip feature that purportedly helps with water leaks. That strip didn't adhere to the porcelain shower tiles and came loose almost immediately after one use. The sealant/glue on the bottom of the strip did not hold fast. We tried using silicone sealant with same results. Perhaps if your shower has an ultra-smooth surface beneath the shower door it might work but otherwise would not recommend this product. Follow up: Product still not working for me. Received subsequent refund for purchase from vendor - would say great customer service from this vendor. This item may not work for you but the vendor stands behind the product.

We could not find the correct size bottom door seal for our glass shower door. We tried multiple options and spent a good amount of money for none of them to keep all of the water in the shower. This product was made for a shower door that goes all the way to the floor. We used it on a door that closes at the top of a drip pan. Still worked excellent and keeps all the water in!
