Gouda made at Home is the best
Love this mold set with the follower. I get 1 of these from 2 gallons of milk. I is very sturdy, held 40 pound of weight during pressing. Nice size, but wish they had more of a selection on smaller ones. Only 1 complaint, with the follower fit more to the edges, a little too small and makes my cheese have a ridge. I adjusted by trimming the edge before waxing, but an exact fit would be better. will buy more.

Works great! Perfect size for 1 gallon of milk to make cheese. Would also hold 2 gallon batch for a thicker wheel.
