Kenney No Drill Adjustable Magnetic Rod for Metal Doors or Metal Surfaces

I kick myself for not remembering my high school science. I bought this for an aluminum door in one of my outbuildings. Magnets don't stick to aluminum. Other than that it's a great little curtain rod. I didn't send it back because it was such a cheap item.

Why does the magnet not stick to the door in position all the time. It does seem a little weak, last one broke due to falling. It moves when placed on the door and we have to adjust it, hopefully it stays on.

When I opened up the package, it immediately fell apart. It's adjustable in length, but a little TOO adjustable. It doesn't stay together very well. When I went to pull off the stickers that covered the magnets, the "no-slip" covering came right along with it, so now the magnets slip and slip on my fridge just like they were intended not to. Despite these flaws, it does the very basics of what it's supposed to. The magnets are strong and they don't come off the fridge easily (they just slide up and down it some without the no-slip covering). My one other complaint (and this one is petty) is that it's more of an off-white, so it doesn't look great on the fridge. (told you it was petty)

These things are THE WORST! They do extend to be longer, but they have no stopping point, so if pulled out too far, they break apart. Now Imagine you have two of these, one at the top of your door, one at the bottom, (and remember these are just magnets they are not screwed into your metal door) 1 year old child comes up to door, tugs on the curtain just a little bit while trying to peek out through the windows on the door, and BAM! The WHOLE THING COMES CRASHING DOWN!! RIGHT ON YOUR BABY HEAD! Yes these are THAT TERRIBLE! When the magnets move a little bit the whole thing falls down, it's the middle where there is nothing to stop them from coming apart and they get stretched out and break apart. Not to mention, the ends which are removable so you can put the curtain on the rod, those thing dont stay on either once you 1st take them off! My fiance is a very strong guy, and he had to push those crappy things back on with all his might just to have them on the rod A LITTLE securely! I say, unless you have super glue to glue the rod in the middle and to glue the ends back on after you put the curtains up, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

My patio door is metal. The magnetic rods I had bought many years ago were in need of being replaced. These two rods I purchased look even better and were easier for me to put up than the two I had paid twenty dollars each for at Walmart many years ago. These rods are very lightweight which made it easier for me to use on a kitchen stepladder with one panel on each one of these rods and attach one to each patio door. I am very happy with my purchase of these two magnetic rods. Thank you for shipping them in excellent packaging with prompt shipping, and for a great price. I highly recommend them to anyone who has metal doors.

Keeps falling off my wall in the classroom

No me gustó xq para empezar en la publicación no esta bien especificada la medida...entiendo q es en pulgadas pero te confundes ...regrese el producto porque no me pareció buena calidad se siente frágil..me hicieron mi reembolso sin ningún problema

Tenais bien au debut puis avec le poids du rideau passe son temps a decrocher.
