Security Camera Indoor 2K, 360 Pan/Tilt Cameras for Home Security with Motion Detection, Baby Monitor for Pet/Dog with Night Vision, 2.4GHz WiFi Cam with Phone App & 2-Way Audio

The company Litocom claims to have a lifetime guarantee on this little camera. But i haven't owned it more than a week as i write this. My son-in-law spent $200+ for a comparable baby monitor camera, so i found $20 (summer 2024) hard to believe, but so far, it is an excellent device. The manual tracking servo works perfectly. i don't know about the automatic tracking, babies don't move that much. The motion detector notification is appropriate and effective. Night vision seems fine. Resolution really does appear to be 2k. It was easy to setup and uses the Smart321 website like a lot of other Chinese devices. It seemed to be such a good deal, i bought another for a different room & grandchild. As far as i can tell it uses about .2 amps at 5 volts most of the time (usb-A power cord and USB-C connector on the camera, so you don't need much. i have had no disconnects from the wifi so far, although it's only a 5' from our router. It records video and takes pictures manually quite easily. The app is easy to use, with a lot of tools. the company spent a lot of time, labor and money developing this. The only problem i had so far was when it's power got disconnected, the app on my iphone 15 did not readily reconnect the camera stream. i had to restart the app. It's a very small problem. i recommend this camera and will come back to update if it has problems.

This is my best technology purchase on Amazon thus far. I use these to monitor my cats when I’m out of town. What is great is that even if I don’t see them on the live feed, I can look at screenshots of motion detected to see that they are doing well. Allows for full scan of the room including keeping an eye on their food and water. I got these at a great price so was worried a that the quality might not be there but I was super pleasantly surprised. Super high quality. Microphone feature works great for calling them to camera. Super happy with purchase. Have been using them for two months when traveling.

UPDATED: After my initial review, the company reached out and shared some tips on how to best use the app and set up "scenes" so the camera automatically goes into privacy mode. I also discovered an easier way to manually put it on privacy mode myself quickly. I'm updating my review to 4 stars, because I still think the app needs a bit of redesign to be more intuitive and user friendly, while the camera itself is still pretty bulky. But overall, for the price of $20 I can't really complain now that I know how to use it properly! I appreciate the company reaching out to solve my issues. I plan on ordering smaller cameras from them for other places around my home. Maybe I’m missing something but the app seems useless. Setting the privacy mode takes like 4 clicks in the app, not quick and easy. And if you forget, it just buzzes you a million times detecting movement. I want movement detection for when I’m not home only.. I wish I could tell it “I’m home” and it would go on private or I could set a schedule. I end up setting the private mode and then forgetting when I leave to turn it off so the camera is practically useless to someone like me. That’s if the app will even load for you. Otherwise, the camera seems fine. I like that I can move it around remotely. The picture is clear and night vision is good. However it is fairly bulky, I need another cam and will be looking for something much smaller.

This thing exceeded my expectations! It is smaller and heavier than I thought it would be. It doesn’t feel cheap. It comes with mounting brackets, a long cord, the USB ‘brick’ and a quick start guide. It was really easy to set up with the app. It rotates smoothly and quietly. The frame rate of the capture was impressive as well, it’s almost realtime quality. Talking through it isn’t the clearest and can have a little cut off or delay but it’s better than nothing. I love that it can save camera positions, that you can have it detect and notify sound and motion, and that it can make a siren alarm. I especially love that you can make the camera move with the app as well. It has a really decent range of motion.. I’m practically able to scan the whole room. I purchased it to keep an eye on our senior dog when we’re away from home. We don’t want to leave her alone without being able to have her hear our voice and to see what she’s up to. This is going to be PERFECT for that. (Just an aside, we’ve tried a crate but she’s adopted and has severe anxiety with it.) The ONLY disappointment I have is it’s not simple to turn off the camera. I was hoping for an on/off button, but you have to tell the app to put it in ‘privacy’ mode, which turns the screen black and essentially ‘sleeps’ the camera, or you have to unplug it. Neither options are ideal, but I set up things through the app that let me tap something on the Home Screen to put the camera in and out of privacy mode. I might try unplugging it and see how well it reconnects with the app when I plug it back in. Overall, I am very excited about this camera.

This indoor camera works perfectly! The video quality is very clear, even at night, and the setup was quick and easy. I love that I can check in from my phone anytime, which gives me peace of mind when I’m away from home. The motion alerts are accurate and helpful, and the audio feature works great too. Overall, it’s reliable, user-friendly, and definitely worth it!

We use this as a baby monitor. Great clear picture and night vision, still going strong after about a year and a half so far. We don’t even do the storage for it to record all the time but it still takes a screenshot when motion is detected so we have an idea. We can record live when we are watching it which has lead to us being able to capture some cute moments of our little one in her crib. The talk feature is great too, being able to speak to her from the camera. Helps settle her sometimes without us having to actually go in the room. Have been able to unplug and pick it up and take it traveling with us. Love this camera.

UPDATE: Appears to be a decent cam. Initially, my review was bad because this cam only utilizes the 2.4ghz frequency for tour wifi, but I found a work around since most internet connections exceed the 2.4hhz. Simply access your internet app and in network settings, temporarily change it to the correct ghz(1 option diwn). It'll switch back after your cam successfully connects. Only other drawback is no clear option to turn off cam thru app, which is sketchy for privacy. Mic works well, also, and night vision is clear. Mounting is straight forward, but be mindful of the USB type c, as it barely reaches 25in.
