It's a hot day... this are sweating... I won't name them... but you are looking to replace the electrolytes that you lost from sweating... buy this. It has great ingredients and taste good. If I had to explain the taste, it somewhat taste like the water you have at weddings and they have a lemon or two sitting in the water dispenser. Yup, it's decent. The only issue I have is sometimes it doesn't dissolve and it sits on the bottom and is gritty toward the end when I'm about to finish my shaker bottle. But... that happens with alot of supplements. I will be buying this again.

Some of the bad reviews are due to it not dissolving in water well. Of course it won't dissolve well in cold water... add one or two ounces of HOT water and mix it. It's fully dissolved at that point. Then add your cold water and it's perfect. I think I learned this in a 9th grade biology class. The lemon taste is quite pleasant. I'm not sure why anyone would say it tastes bad. I'm quite happy with this product!

I thought this electrolyte powder was a good deal, so I bought it. The flavor is lemon, but it's like there's no citric acid in it. It tastes like you're drinking something with lemon essential oil in it. The flavor is very off-putting. It was so bad, that I only had a couple servings and threw the rest away.

It tastes good, works great, but some of the powder will not dissolve no matter how long you give it or how much you mix it. Price to value though, this is a great deal.

I am very happy with this electrolyte powder. I was sick of buying them at Walmart with sucralose. This is a little more expensive, but it was the best price I could find per ounce without any artificial sweeteners. It is not very sweet, it's stronger on the lemon, but it tastes natural to me. I mix it with Miralax sometimes so that the Miralax doesn't give me hyponatremia, and now I can barely taste the Miralax, which I think is disgusting and tastes like plastic. Nothing else has masked that taste for me! I also love it with just water for workouts. I'm never in the mood for sweet water after a workout so this is perfect. If you let it sit, you do have to stir it or shake it every now and then. When I'm done, there will be a tiny amount of powder that didn't dissolve, but I've never found electrolytes where that wasn't the case. The only improvement would be to include a measuring spoon. I don't have a 2/3 tsp measuring spoon so I just use a little more than a half tsp.

Not worth buying. Product is mostly silica, which is a non-electrolyte filler for added weight that does not dissolve. Leaves a sand-like powder at the bottom of your drink. It tastes really good but VERY low quality. Low price = low quality

Seems good but it does not dissolve very well at all. I have had over a dozen types of these powders and this one has the most residue.

Very effective electrolyte powder. Tastes great and I notice the difference after taking drinking a bottle on a long hot day of asphalt paving. It's better to take some about mid day then maybe another after work if you sweat a lot and drank a lot of plain water. I normally get the packets but they were unavailable so I got the tub. For work the packets are easier so I got the tablets for work since the packets were unavailable. Thank you for a quality product!!
