It works well!!
Taste is not great, but is a Pre-workout flavored Tiger blood is expected.

Too much caffeine
Not a good pre work out, compared to a lot of other products. Taste is not good. Not easy on the stomach...I would avoid this...ONNIT makes other great products....this one is not one of those products...

To reduce itch, take 1/4 - 1/2 dose for a few days
Great taste and stacked on ingredients. I eased into this supplement by taking a 1/4 dose for a few days, then onto a 1/2 dose. One of the ingredients makes me itch at first, so I reduced the dose until I acclimated to it. Like other ONNIT supplements, I appreciate the ingredients and use case. Just ease into this one. It will treat you right after a few days.

Works, but tastes nasty
Pro: It is effective for focus in the gym. I do notice an increase in motivation. 💪 Con: It tastes like what I imagine licking a barbershop floor would taste like: dirt, oils, and hair products. 🤢

Worst PreWorkout I Have Tried
I rarely write a bad review, but this is awful. The taste is awful, I don't expect it to taste like candy but I expect it to be decent enough to not want to throw it up. I could barely get this down and when I did, my stomach was not well. I always have pre workouts in the morning with lots of water and have had no issues, this was not the case. I do not feel more energetic or focused, just sick to my stomach. There is no return policy - SO BEWARE. I would love to get my money back on this, I would even return the container to them and pay shipping. It is highly overly priced and there are better options out there.
