This really works. Please take only 3 daily. One in the morning, one in the afternoon and one before bed. If you take all 3 at once, you risk getting constipated. Please understand this is not a fast acting insulin replacement. This will be similar to slow acting insulin.

Have used this product for a year. Blood sugar dropped from 140 to 100 and has stayed steady at 100. Very happy with it

I used it long with Insulin POwder to control Diebeti, is it has done a good jop, but it as raised so much in price that I may have to look at something else

At my last physical, the doctor told me my blood work revealed that my hemoglobin was at 6.1. Apparently, 6.0 is the boundary of where diabetes occurs. Upon the advice of a friend she suggested that I try Chaya tea leaves. I was too busy to find an actual plant so I found this product on Amazon. It's EXPENSIVE! I took 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. After 3 months I had more blood work done. My doctor was amazed to see that my hemoglobin dropped to 5.9. I don't know if it was the chaya or perhaps that I was also watching my intake of food - or perhaps both. I would like to believe that the chaya had something to do with it. I ordered more. Hopefully this will work for you as is did for me. But everyone is different. No guarantees about ANYTHING in life.

I've been taking this supplement for a while now, but in my original review, I noted that my energy level had slightly increased, and I was sufficiently pleased with it that I re-ordered. Subsequently I realized that I'd been taking only half the recommended amount (I think I started by taking only three capsules because a) I found the smell of the Chaya unpleasant, and b) because taking a bunch of supplements and vitamins at once tends to make me queasy. For the last couple of months, I've been taking two capsules before each meal, for a total of six per day, and my energy has increased a LOT. I'm doing projects I've been putting off for months (or years!), and without that jittery feeling you get with diet pills.

Chaya did not work for me even with a very strict diet. I am going to go back to Fenugreek. Fenugreek seeds must be placed in very hot water and sit over night or be sprouted. A hassle but worth it as it keeps A1C under 7.0. Went to 9.7 with Chaya....

Well took about 30-45 days but i can say it has helped lower my sugar and now have used ordered for about six months! With weight loss these and organic cinnamin capsules my A1C dropped from a 12 in Jan of 2018 to a 5 in may 2018!!!! so It can be done!
