I can feel beneficial effects same day. Im truly amazed. i heard about muellin tea and finally tried this. I added honey and lemon, it doesnโt taste bad and wow the beneficial affects of being able to breathe better are surprising.

Pleasantly suprised! This did help to clear the phlegm in about a week for me. I drank one cup a day. Just because it doesn't work for one doesn't mean it wouldn't work for someone else, depending on how it is used.

It works! However do not drink it at night!!!! It burns like heartburn all your upper extremities (at least that was my experience). Instructions (which I read after the burn, lol) states to drink it in the morning after your meal.
