These have been so helpful for easing the pain of my Plantar Fasciitis
These have been so helpful for easing the pain of my Plantar Fasciitis. The most helpful thing seems to be strengthening your foot/feet and keep WALKING. Walking was daunting because of the pain and these gel heel pads were so helpful because of their cushioning. This was an excellent purchase.

Nice feel. Doesn't fit well with my Hoka brand everyday shoes
These are very nice. I like the idea, but I have my everyday shoes set with elastic laces, so I have to slide my feet in & don't untie the shoes. Unfortunately these heel cups, while having a sticky back to try & keep them from moving, move every time I put my shoes on. I got the medium, because it says that is what I should get for my shoe size, but I don't think that they are wide enough for my heels. The other day I had to take them out because I was getting a blister as the side of the heel cup was rubbing against my foot about 1/4 from the edge of my heel. I wanted to like these, because they do seem to help my achilles tendinitis, but the fit is not the best for the type of shoe I have. I may try it in some of my other shoes.

Fantastic!!
I have a spur on my heel, which is absurdly painful. Being in the trades, I average 16,000 - 18,000 steps per day. The spur makes every step painful. I tried these heel pads and they're amazing. There's still some pain from the spur, but these pads have reduced the pain by 90%, at least. I can get through my day with relative ease now. I'm curious how long they'll last. Even if they only last a couple of months, they're reasonably priced and worth buying again until I can figure out a solution with my doctor. I can't speak for any of the other ailments these claim to help, but as for spurs, they definitely work. Customer service was very good. They followed up a few days after the purchase to see how things were going. It was an automated e-mail but I appreciate the effort. So far, I'm extremely pleased, and I highly recommend this product.

Work great. Have been in a walking boot a week for a bone spur. This product has let me stop wearing that big boot around.
