I have seen a lot of negative comments, I have nothing bad to say about this product. I have terrible muscle pains in my neck and back, but the reason I got this was for the tendonitis in my arm. It smells just like every other ointment, it does go away after a while, it works really well for the tendonitis not so much for the muscle pain but that's what I use my biofreeze for. I use it cautiously around my dog because I saw a comment about neurological issues, I've been using it for about a month and have not had any issues with him. This stuff has been a godsend, it has helped relieve the pain as I heal.

After having neck and shoulder issues for years, I've tried several different products for temporary pain relief. This is hands down the best product that I've found so far. This works better and last longer than any of the other products that I've tried. Inexpensive and easy to use, dries quickly, not greasy.

I use this for mosquito bites. Works very well better than benadryl spray. However. It still has the same odd smell.

Effective for short time relief...has a STRONG scent that can be annoying to some........felt relief almost immediately....but it is short term relief for an hour or so. Does not stain, love that it is a roll-on so no hands get touched

I bought this for a continuous lower back pain but forgot about it. Just used it on a 4 month shoulder nerve / tendon pull injury from strength training and not sure what i was expecting but it was like an instant cool icy relief followed by the perfect amount of numbness and then no pain! holy grail product for sports injuries, where has this been??

It smells awful, it does what is supposed to do, but trust me every one will know you have this on you. Even after showering the smell will linger and it will bleed to your sheets and even your mattress even with the mattress protector on it. It is powerful there is no doubt of how well it works.

This is good stuff for Pain Relief.

I’ve had a bad back since I was 16 years old. I am now almost 40 just turned 39 and I own a cleaning business and there is a lot of picking up and moving and backing and nothing and stairs and what not that is fine and dandy, but sometimes my back is killing me during before or in the middle of it so I actually got put on this product by one of my clients and I will not go back to anything else, but that and these patches that she recommended to me so when I tell you if you have joint pain muscle pain any type of pain you try Epsom salt bath and you know also try soaking the toxins out of your feet and that helps the inflammation but this stuff right here works like magic like but baby definitely go grab it
