The pump mechanism when cleaning the filters gets stuck over time and eventually it does not work. The UV light also went out over time. Ordered a replacement, but componentes were corroded, so did not work. Eventually the housing unit for the UV light sprung leaks through the gasket and screws. I still give it a high rating.
