Amazing diary comfy to use.
I really like this diary so much after I received this diary I'm very much impressed so what happened is I don't know how to put new lock for diary of I forceful pressed the lock I damaged the lock, I don't know how to repair the lock but I don't want money to be wasted I was disappointed but I chatted with Amazon agent and I don't remember what I said exactly but as I remember I said my lock is not working and defective I didn't said I damaged the lock but I didn't lied to I said what happened "the diary lock is not working" they didn't asked me is it not working inside the package or I damaged it so without there mistake they apologized like sorry for the inconvenience like that I didn't know what to say I said okey, to be honest i can't repair the lock I don't know anyone who can repair it and I bought it from Amazon so Amazon can make it right and repair, I said to agent to replace the diary with other new one they replaced it with new one now am super happy and grateful for Amazon agent and Amazon the review images of the diary is the replaced new diary with gratefullness I kept my review am super happy I don't know if Amazon See's this or not but thank you Amazon and thank you Amazon agent I don't remember agent name lastly thank you โฅ๏ธ

Happy with the product
The lock was good and practical unlike other locked diaries i have came across. It was a gift to my friend and she was happy with it. Looks same as picture. I expected it to be a little light in colour but i was surprised to see the same as described . Happy with the product.
