The book of house plans was great as it offered different square feet, different sizes as well, Vacation homes included.

So glad still available!
I was so excited to see this magazine available. During my down time I like to look through these books and change each floor plan with a pencil. (odd I know) Since the internet, I couldn’t find any of these books.

Waste of money
Don't waste your money, just go online. You cannot even order the plans or view the entire house all the way around, or see much of the inside. Look of the house, the general flooring plan, layout and appearance of the front and back of the house. I'm pretty sure you would learn so much more online and be able to order the plans

Nothing New
I've collected house plan books for around 20 years as a fan of architecture and engineering. This newest book is about half the size of previous editions but still costs $17. Out of the 240 plans, only about 20-30 might actually be new - there's some in there that are verifiably 20+ years old. To be fair, the title states Best-Selling and not Newest.
