The couch is a task to put together but the instructions were easy to follow. I feel like at the beginning of the whole thing open the bags with the cushions first. Or leave them open for a few days to get the shape back. Buy overall it's perfect for a first time couch.

Bought this couch, just cause I was about to have a lot of company soon and no where to sit. It got the job done, it’s a small couch, not the best support. It stuck beside me though so no complaints

I’m a mom of 3, I bought the couch thinking it’d be comfortable, decent size etc, At first it was comfortable but i felt like it was going to rip everytime but maybe that was me overthinking idk. I DO NOT want the couch because it’s not the size i was looking for. says you can ship it back with the carrier they use ( usps) if you use another carrier ( ups , fedex etc) you will have to pay shipping, i took it to usps and they told me they cannot ship the item and if they could’ve id have to pay over $200 to ship it back. now i can’t even get a new couch or anything because im stuck with this couch, the owners haven’t got back to me. we are now sitting on the floor..

Update they were very helpful during this hard time. They ended up refunding me for the couch and told me to keep it. Do not get this couch. Got it for my kids and I for our first place. I spent over 2 hrs putting it together and the. 2 part broke when the kids sat on it. It's so hard and so ppsmo small. The metal backing was very uncomfortable. I can't even return because I don't have the box anymore and I'd have to take the whole thing a part. We can't use it now either so we re stuck with no couch to sit on and no way to get rid of or return this one. Complete waste of money that a single mom didn't have to waste.

Pretty easy to assemble. I put it together on my own and it only took around an hour. Great quality for the price your paying. Not sure I could use it as an everyday couch but I bought it to turn a spare bedroom into a cozy spot for my grandbabies when they visit.

Soooo coming from a very large sectional to this couch! Was some getting use to! The entire couch had to be put together. A bracket was bent. But we were able to use it. The couch sat really low to the floor. The material is nice. The fullness of the cushions could have been better. No matter how much u fluff them since they are vacuumed sealed it’s not a full presentation like the image. The size in length is good for our space but the width and leg space could have been bigger. The ottoman was a great add on. I purchased furniture risers and the couch is not as low to the ground.

I bought this actually for the cushions. Picture made and description made it seem as if it has fluffy cushions. Cushions are not fluffy and are not thick like shown. They are more like seat cushions for patio furniture. Super disappointed for $300.

I cannot return coz I already assembled the product and it nearly impossible to dismantle it and pack it in original box. Cushions are not as shown in pictures. Not at all firm frame. Back bends of you lean too much on the back. Cushions are very cheap quality and doesn’t inflate fully.
