Get a good checkup every visit that my gums are healthy. I also floss regularly too but this makes my gums feels good, it isn’t harsh and it’s effective.

The tube sizes are large ( like former times when tooth paste are made for family use). Am not sure how long it would take to finish one. I will have to give them out to friends before it expires because I definitely can't use them up. The paste it self does nothing spectacular..just like other pastes I've used.
