This is the only Lego version of the R3-M2, unlike some of the other polybag minifigures, this droid did not appear in any other set so far. And the only other toy version of R3-M2 was a 3.75” Disney one in a multipack. The droid made a brief appliance in Rogue One serving the Alliance. Furthermore very little is know about this little fellow. And we can never have enough droids in our Star Wars Lego collection, he can be captured and locked up in our Jawa trailer if he isn’t busy at the Rebel base. Like several other polybag figures it comes with a stand cardboard background and name sticker. This makes it all the more interring, still the built will not take more than 2 minutes. The R3 droid, as usual comes with a transparent dome, which already make it interesting and its colour scheme is quite pleasing.
