Very good . I never put one of these in my first, My original was not marked so I followed the wire colors to figure out what was what. I was a little scare ( woman here) but kept going forward. I watched several you tube videos prior to purchasing and installing. I did not get a shock and my unit is so quiet and efficient now. I didn't know that if your unit gets loud you probably will be needing one of these soon. I have 4 compressors at my home and this one was the noisest. Anyway was easy, clean up everything, tighted up all the nuts and its good to go.This heat pump was installed on my home in 1995. Back to clean AC in 10-15 minutes. *by D***G on May 23, 2025* Arrived as advertised, install took 15 minutes with slight learning curve for this model heat pump and it fired right up as it did two days prior!Thank you for making a quality product and it hope the long term review will reflect a decent life span!We have many 'brownouts' and had another AC unit for out next door 36 hours prior to this one.
