The pad may be too harsh for people with sensitive skin. I use with little pressure to ensure I don't abrade my skin. I've been using similar pads for years and when I go to reorder, the same product is not available; I keep having to find another seller. Heart Felt seller is good, and I hope they stay in business for a long time. The packaging is very nice for such a simple product, and previous sellers have sent pads in a plain plastic bag.
