Excellent value for edely mother simple to use as a phone.

I bought this for my mam who really struggles with technology. She's managing it well. Buttons are big and there are a couple of buttons for speed dial numbers so I programmed mine and my sister's so she doesn't need to go into the phone book to call us. The SOS button is a good idea and is a handy function if you're elderly or considering the phone for your parents. Again, I've programmed mine and my sister's number to be called and text if it's pressed. My mam only uses the phone for calls and she's managing it well.

Very good for over 60s

This item was recently purchased in October 2025…. It was bought for my elderly father & now there seems to be a problem with the battery life… every time he charges it overnight & comes to use it the next day, it has very little charge in it about 2 bars… any idea why this is happening?

Bought this for my stepfather after he saw something similar in his Sunday newspaper for over £100! He finds it easy to use and being hearing impaired he actually gets on very well with the sound quality/volume. Camera quality isn't great but that's what you expect at this price.

Excellent product, does what it says, good battery life. Easy to use

I thought this phone was very user friendly and I particularly liked the unmissable alerts on the outside for missed calls and messages. Unfortunately after a few months it developed a fatal fault. When a message was received the phone switched off after ringing for a fraction of a second. I was able to retrieve the message but if I was not present when the message was received I had no knowledge that the phone was switched off. I had an identical phone before which developed the same problem. I thought it was a fault with the phone so purchased another of the same model. I now realise that it must be a design fault and unfortunately it renders the phone useless
