How do i get my money back?

Don’t know that I have never had a problem with it and I use it a lot

What is the warranty on these chain saws?

I do not know the exact time of warranty but I do know you have to contact neo tec for warranty information

The 62cc Chainsaw can take a 24" bar?

I would check with manufacturer if 1 is sold. But Husqvarna bar may be compatible. My opinion stay with the 10" . Small motor on that saw
