The looms and needles and boards had to be gently punched out. The edges of the nalbinding needles are almost perfectly smooth, with some tiny mis-cuts that catch on the warp threads.The set includes 2 looms, 3 nalbinding needles, and 2 boards. There is a bit of a learning curve in that while setting up the warp threads, you have to make sure they are taut. To avoid inwardly-curved edges, you can also make sure that the tension of the weave itself is not too tight. It's a balancing act.All in all, I am satisfied with these tapestry looms and am looking forward to practicing more before I can teach my granddaughter.
