I am very pleased with this product. However, I do not recommend installing it yourself. I had two handymen install it who are familiar with light fixtures and hanging ones like this which require the support wires to be exactly the same length. All of that, plus electric connections must be done while holding up a very heavy fixture. That said, the product is well made with visually pleasing chrome and crystals. The remote works well and can be used to set brightness and light warmth easily. Compared to similarl fixtures I saw at high end light stores, this one is the same or better quality at a fraction of the cost.

This is very pretty however if you need brighter light this one will not be the one for u! It’s very pretty and heavy glass and metal box attachment! Made well however it is not very bright ! It’s good for my half bath ! Pretty diamond sparkle up against the mirror ! It comes with a remote which u don’t really need ! It switches on with the switch plate and that’s the brightest it is now !

The installation was a bit tricky since we had to rent out equipment to get on the ceiling but it was totally worth it. The base itself is pretty light and the only real heavenly items is the crystals. The lighting effect that it gives one when it's turned on is worth it! It even comes with a remote to adjust the brightness and color of the lights.

Great chandelier for the living room. Puts out a lot of light. Looks elegant… But pricey. Not sure how long it will hold up.

I have been looking for a dining room light for over a year, and was looking at much more expensive fixtures. This caught my eye and I thought I would give it a try. I didn't think I had anything to lose because it was priced under a thousand dollars. WOW! It is absolutely beautiful and I love having the ability to not only change the intensity (dimmer), but also the color. I prefer a warmer light, so this is perfect. Really impressed. Very little assembly - but the install is a little tricky, getting the ceiling plate on properly was not easy, but worth it. Definitely recommend.

Easy to install, looks great as ambient light fixture. Was not as bright as I was hoping for, but it’s bright enough. Syncing multiple lights to a single remote was a little confusing at first, but you just need to turn off the lights, then turn them back on and within 5 seconds press the on button 3 times and the lights will flash 3 times to let you know they are paired

Beautiful Light fixture! I love it. However; there is no manufacturer support or replacement parts. The light fixture was installed by electricians. The remote control did not work. It would not even light up. I checked the product page and there was no phone number, email address, or any way to contact the seller. I contacted Amazon support. -They told me the only way for me to get a replacement remote was to ship another Chandelier to me and then I could replace the new remote with the old one and ship the Chandelier back. -This is a 40 inch chandelier and it is heavy. I do not want to have to move this thing. -The Amazon rep I spoke to suggested a Universal Remote for a Chandelier. Great thinking! -I ordered this remote for $7.99: "TKHKY Remote-Chandelier Replacement (Parts)" -It works great. -I also purchased the Asurion 4 year protection plan through Amazon while I still could for $119.00 because the manufacturer does not offer any Support or Replacement parts for this product at this time. -Lesson learned. I should always verify a product is supported and has a warranty before buying. -Even though the light fixture is great, I can only give a One STAR rating because there is NO SUPPORT or available spare parts (Remote) for this product.

This light is absolutely stunning. It looks better in person. It works on a remote and you can change the color from warm to cool and also dim it from the remote. It is a total RH dupe for a fraction of the cost. It was easy to install. My handyman had no problem with it. It comes with the light bulbs already installed. I LOVE IT.
