We source only the most desirable coffees throughout the world. Beans are roasted light-medium (Some origins require a lighter roast for a better flavor, some require a slightly darker roast for a better flavor). We roast strictly for flavor, so that each origin/farm that we are roasting at the time can be at it's peak flavor profile. You'll notice that The bag in the profile says "Single Origin Coffee". That is because blending high quality single origins is sort of against our religion. As a "Single Origin Only" Coffee Roaster, we buy coffee directly from farms in small batches, and what we have, is what we have of that particular roast. Once it runs out, we go on to the next bean that's available, and when you're a single origin only roaster, you can only purchase whats available, and it's like buying wine, the same farm will produce the same bean year after year, but the flavor profiles will be different from one year to the next.
