WOW!!! I felt like a giant medusa head in the best possible version of that haha! It does color the water a bit, but no residue in tub. My hair felt soft, and very clean, cleaner than I have ever had from in-home shampooing. My kids remarked on how shiny my hair was after using this. This shampoo and conditioner set make my hair smooth, soft, and minimizes the frizziness. I never shampooed my hair twice back to back but according to the instructions the first time os shampooing with this shampoo opens the hair cuticle and the second round it infuses the hair follicles with bamboo extract. For the conditioner I leave it for 5 min to make sure it provides the nourishment to my roots. The shampoo color is black and the conditioner is charcoal gray. They both smell really good and refreshing yet not overpowering nor strong.
