Review: Wonderful blend - Great roast and blend for a pour over. Try smooth and no bitterness. I use a 15:1 water to coffee ratio with a chemex pour over. I pour right off the boil, Bloom for 30 seconds top off to 200ml of water let it settle a bit and then pour the remaining 100ml. Terrific flavors and wonderful aroma. Low acidity roast when brewed as above.
