Where has this been all my life??
I decided last year to get my own tortilla press because I love fresh tortillas. I enjoyed making my own, with regular yellow corn masa. THEN, I got this blue corn masa. It's amazing! It makes light, fluffy tortillas that come away from the parchment paper well, cook nicely and stay together to make a good taco. THE TASTE IS WONDERFUL! Light and sweet, they taste like real food: uncomplicated and nourishing.I never use other masa now, I'm stuck on this beautiful blue corn masa. Give it a try, it's worth the money!

Best Masa ever!
Iโve tried a couple of different brands & nothing tastes like Masienda. All of the colors of masa are very good, with the yellow being my favorite. I can make tasty, delicate, thin tortillas with it.Itโs delicious for sandwiches. In Addition, itโs the healthiest one around. Iโve read the labels & compared the fiber content. Maseinda masala has as much as 3 times the fiber content of other brands.Yes, itโs more expensive, but itโs worth every penny.

Good quality , the recipe needs more water than indicated on the package to have great consistency (just a tip) and you can add a pinch of salt to make it better ; really love it doing sopes and huaraches , felt like home

AMAZING QUALITY
AMAZING FLAVORI bought this to replace my other masa harina which unfortunately had soy (soy allergy) contamination. The flavor of this is so good I regret buying tortillas. I used it for cornbread and it is finely ground snd soft. I can't wait to make tortillas with it.
