For the price, this turned out to be a really solid pet food container. The lid was honestly a little frustrating to snap on the first time, but once everything lined up correctly it sealed well and feels secure. The container itself is sturdy, rolls easily on the wheels, and comes with a scoop included. Overall, a good value and it holds a surprising amount of food without taking up too much space.

We bought this to hold bbq smoker pellets and so far it’s great. We love the fact that it’s sealed and the wheels make it easy to roll from the pantry to patio. It easily holds a 40 lb bag of pellets with room to spare.

This bin is just the right size. The lid clasps securely and when you finally get the lid attached on the hinge area, it pivots wide open cleanly so you don't have to hold it open while you have a bowl in one hand and a scoop in the other. The lid has a rubber seal so if you have a chow hound like I do, they aren't driven crazy smelling the food until the lid is opened. My dog knocked it over once, but it did not open or spill. He seemed to lose interest after that.The rolly wheels pop in, but look a little flimsy, so not sure how they will wear.For the price, this is a good solution. I recommend it. Great containers love that it came with a scoop that has measurements on it and wheels to move it easily. My only complaint is that I wish there was a way to secure the treat container to the food container because essentially you have to take it off to open the food container to get the kibble out, but it is a very good seal almost a little hard to close until you figure it out all in all it’s a pretty good set of containers

For what it is, it works great. I have figured out that I needed something stackable. The lids don't stay open, which is annoying. It does come with a scoop that has measurements, which is nice.

I actually discovered this potential "hack" while reaching into the exact same bin (which for its intended purpose) to scoop out my dogs' dinner.​Why the 3 star rating: ArrivalI am rating this item based on its original intended purpose—not for its use after my modification—because of a noticeable drop in quality compared to the same model I purchased a few years ago. Upon arrival, it took me nearly 5 minutes of struggling just to get the top on. I suspect the clip may have arrived slightly warped. While it does include a gasket and eventually sealed, it does not feel as tight as my previous bin.​If I were using this to preserve the freshness of my dog kibble, I may have returned it for a "replacement of like kind". However, the container itself serves its purpose for my specific use in my workshop.​The Hack: My 3D Wash Station ModificationFor the crafters or inventors interested in how I created this tool, I chose this model because the grey tone of the material helps protect the internal resin-wash from UV light exposure. We are cutting a square window into the short side and replacing it with clear acrylic or plexiglass, attached securely to the outside. This bin is then placed on a short side table and filled with enough washing solution to clean our high-end vases and sculptures before they are sent to be cured.​Conclusion: From past experience with this purchase as a dog food bin, I recommend it; however, you may want to check the seal. For the Crafters as a wash station for resin, this bin was perfect.

Just a little too small for a large dog food bag. I use it for cat food instead. You cannot pick it up easily, I keep opening the top and almost dropping it.
