These shoes were my favorite pair of shoes I've had in quite a long time. I absolutely loved them, they looked great with just about anything. Now this review is not on the product but rather the distributor, Fashion Footwear, whom I purchased this product via Amazon. I had to return these shoe after only three months. And going through Amazon, I was unsure if returning it would be possible, but the shoe were defective. On the left boot, the top separated from the sole and it was not from wear. I was informed that I can return them and get a refund. I later received an e-mail detailing the return and what I would be getting back. And I saw that I was not receiving the full amount of my refund, but was hit up for a restocking fee. The whole reason for the return was because the shoes were defective. I really hope that they don't plan on reselling the boots, because had I known that I would have to pay a restocking fee I would have just kept the boots and had them resoled. I contacted Amazon and told them what was going on and they were kind enough to refund me the amount that Fashion Footwear charged me for restocking. Do yourselves a favor and not buy from Fashion Footwear. Because if you have something defective and don't want to pay for or get hit up for things that sound absolutely ridiculous like restocking fee for your shoes that were defective, go through someone else.

I have several pairs of Chelsea boots these are my favorites. The design and style is very understated which is an attribute I always look for in shoes . Build quality is very good as well as comfortable. My favorite thing is the finish on the leather, very muted and not the least bit of shine to them. I think I'll buy another pair.

Boots seem to be well made, unfortunately the sizing does not match up to the quality. I found them to be VERY narrow for a men's shoe, and equally tight on the tops of the arches. Due to the narrow nature of the shoe, they also seem to be more pointed than depicted in the picture. The toe is quite long and narrow. I'll be swapping these out for the Stanton boot, which seems to have a larger circumference and is waterproof rather than resistant.

I love this boot. My previous was a Timberland Chelsea. These are lighter and more comfortable. I don't know if they have the Nike air technology, but it certainly feels like it. Your feet will thank you.

These look great with jeans, only issue I have is they are a bit narrow in the toes. I'm not sure if a larger size would help either, just the style.

Love these shoes, are true to size in my opinion and I love the look. Nothing more to say, cole haan is always a comfortable pair of shoes.

My friends make fun of me for wearing short boots. I don't care. These puppies are comfortable and easy to put on and take off.
