Definitely not good for punching bag if you're going to hit with full force . There's not enough cushion and your knuckles will bleed

Great product, I brought a large pair and it is a very close fit and I'm 5.11 just about get wraps in the gloves. Product is made well, looks great and performs even better,, The padding dose a good job of protecting your hand, and the weight of the gloves are very minimal so you don't losse speed but are comfortable smashing the granny out if whatever you're hitting

The quality is outstanding, these are my first pair of grappling gloves, I am a medium hand sized person and find these a bit tight but they were still confortable to wear, be sure to buy some tape to protect your hands ;)

Great Value. They were delivered early. They seem really good quality and look nice too. I use them for heavy bag work as I prefer the more natural feel when punching, rather than boxing or bag gloves which are to heavy padded, because you do not wear gloves when fighting ! These seem perfect for me, no messing around with wraps, they support the wrist and just enough knuckle protection. Easy on & off between workouts.Very happy.I say ' seem ' good because its early days yet, but think I will have no problems with them as they feel great !

I bought these gloves for my partner who has recently taken up boxing/MMA. She reports that they are very good to use, comfortable and protective. I have used RDX products in the past and have also found them to be of a very high quality.The only thing with the product is the stitching in the right hand glove where it presses against the webbing between the little finger and the one next to it - it is a little too tight/raised and rubs. This is probably due to the fact that they are brand new gloves and a couple of extra strips of tape in between the fingers sorted it out.In a few months I will be looking at getting some focus pads and will definitely look at getting them from RDX.
