I have used. And I've tried many. With regular use, my longterm back pain went away. I take 2 at night and I don't have stiff, sore hands. For me, this is a gold standard, replacing advil.

2 months into these and slight improvement I will try for one years worht of supply as I bought my second allotment I do TWO per day not one per day my knees are that bad but impovement is coming along

Seems to be working
I bought this for my arthritis in my left hand. I seem to be having less pain after 2 months, will wait and see at the 4 month mark like the studies. The price was good compared to the other brands. I have purchased other NOW supplements in the past so I trust them for purity.

I couldn't move my knee because of arthritis.
my veterinarian daughter recommended trying this collagen which is for humans vs. the dog version. Taking 1 each morning, after 7-10 days, i suddenly realized i could move around and in and out of my car, etc. with no pain. Crazy, but really working so far. it's been about 9 mos. so far. i have had no side effects. my orthopedic doctor says there's nothing bad in ingredients and to keep using if it's working!
