The included hardware is perfectly usable which is not always the case. If I were to have one criticism it would be that the flange portion could be a bit heavier duty. I have bolted these to railroad ties, which are not perfectly flat and if you use too much torque, the flange will bend a bit to conform to the shape of the substrate. Go easy with the impact driver and you'll be fine. I have an upcoming project building an outdoor kitchen, and will be once again using this product. I did buy some special, black lags to bolt them down: they come with cement anchors only.
