The mint flavor fuel version was bad in my opinion, not sure if its a storage issue @ amazon or if the recipe needs tweaking. The one day I tried these it did seem to have an positive effect (not sure if placebo but whatever) :p However their costumer service is great and offered to send me other flavors to try out, so I would say its worth a try. Update: everything is great with new cans straight from the supplier. I suspect Amazon is “cooking” these at the warehouse. Pro tip: keep em in the fridge for extended freshness!

It tastes good. It took a few pouches for it to initially work. I used it a handful of times and it gives me a migraine the next day. When I use it, I can feel it work in my frontal lobe and restrict blood vessels like with caffeine, but more so. I definitely felt clear-minded and less fatigued. But does the positive effect outweigh the negative effect?

I was really hoping to like these. I like the mint, I like the clarity they bring. But the stevia. It's so strong. It's a tug of war between wanting the benefits and fighting the sweetener taste. Maybe another flavor would mask it.

To be honest, the Fully Loaded Alpha Fuel Nootropic Energy Pouches leave something to be desired. I wish the mint flavor was spicier, i.e. a more intense cooling effect. Also, the pouches themselves are a little flat, I think I would give it a higher rating if they had more substance to them. Lastly, I'm not a huge fan of the aftertaste. It's somewhat bitter and considering the mint flavor isn't super strong, the bitterness doesn't get overpowered. More flavor and intensity would definitely bump this up to a 4/5. Add more substance for a beefier pouch and I would definitely consider giving it a 5/5. The caffeine content itself seems good, and I like that it has a low enough mg to be able to use a few back to back and not feel jittery.
