Does this fan actually blow cold air or just circulate the hot air? Thanks

This fan circulates the air in the room at its existing temperature, but doesn't cool the air itself like an air conditioner would. However, having air rapidly moving across our skin allows the human body to cool down more effectively, similar to how a cool breeze feels on a hot day, which is essentially what this fan does, just in an indoor setting. If you want the air in the room itself to be colder then you may want to look at air conditioners instead of fans, but fans can still help while actively blowing air towards you on hot days. I've even felt a bit too cold with this one on at times, it does a good job of making the room feel comfortable without too much noise :)

I find that the oscillation button doesn't work sometimes. Is there a reason for this?
