Review: Excellent product but unpleasant price variation - The yeast is excellent. It is a quick rise yeast and requires only a 10-minute first rise which enables me to bake bread quickly. However, I am unhappy with the price variation. When I bought the same product in the beginning of 2025, i got it for about Rs. 500 and this time around, it cost me upwards of Rs. 700.

Best yeast I used till date. Proofing is good. I moved the remaining yeast to airtight container and to freezer to extend the life after use. Its over 6 months I am using the same pack and it proofs everytime as if its new one.
