These are the best solution for icing swollen fingers! These work far better than putting an ice pack on the hand, and also better than a bag of frozen peas. Easy to use, perfect size, fits my husband's muscular hands very well and works fine on my standard women's hand, too. I broke my ring finger on my right hand and these work great. My husband got bit by a brown recluse and needed to ice that finger for days, these were a wonderful relief.

I sprained my finger 6 weeks ago and considered getting these at that time. I didn’t and this week I re-injured my finger. The swelling has been bad this week. I’ve been dunking my whole hand in ice water and putting my whole hand on a gel ice pack. Both are ok solutions, but not great. I just got these yesterday and wow! They are really perfect for an injured finger. Cold surrounding the one finger and not the whole hand. Also having two is nice. I have one on and when it warms up I can use the second. When I first put it on it feels so good. A couple of minutes in the cold is quite intense. About 5 minutes later the cold warms up to tolerable and stays cool for quite a while. These are gel and stay very soft. They are easy to slide on and off my very tender finger. I have small hands and my middle finger is swollen. It doesn’t slide off, but is not firm either. I tried it on my pinky and it would fall off. If you have an injured finger I would definitely recommend these to help reduce swelling and pain.

This helps the swelling down on my finger. i keep it my freezer and when my finger swells up i put it on and i helps ease the pain as well

I bought two different ice packs for my swollen finger and liked this one more. The sleeve has a slight barrier from the cold, would still recommend maybe not putting it directly on the finger after it sat in the freezer. It gets extremely cold and doesn’t hold for an extended period of time. I included a picture, I have a compression wrap on underneath it.

Great Relief for Ulnar Nerve Problems My pinky and ring finger feel numb because of damage to my ulnar nerve. These finger sleeves provide wonderful relief. They're a little tight when I slip them on but that's okay I feel like they're hugging my fingers. Until I get an operation to fix my ulnar nerve problem, I really am enjoying the comfort from these finger sleeves. Highly recommend them!

This has been great for my daughter when she sprained her finger in goalie practice. With three goalies in the house, I suspect more finger injuries so this is perfect to have on hand. I would agree with other reviews that it doesn't get super cold or stay cold long, but since you can't put a cloth between it and your finger it works for what we need it to.

It's a good product. If you put it in the freezer it gets cold but stays flexible and soft. I am using on my "trigger thumb". The problem is that it's too cold. I can only wear it for 1 minute... then I have to take it off for a few minutes. I advise wrapping your finger with cloth or a bandage wrap under the cooling pack to slow down the cooling process.

Easy to use. Got cold pretty quickly but it got warm pretty quickly too. Good thing there's 2!
