Works but you need to be careful when moving it around, the wire inside is disconnected and it goes on and off depending on how it's placed on you UPDATE: 3/19/2025 from 2 stars to 5 stars I was contacted by the company saying that they would like to replace the product since I had issues with it. I did not contact them and was willing to get a new one hopefully this being better than the 1st one I bought. After receiving the new one I noticed that it was the same unit BUT with upgrades. The controller was new and easy to read compared to the older one. The biggest upgrade was the actual instructions and how to use the handheld device. See the 1st unit I bought did not explain how the features worked and with little explanation on how to and I emailed the company numerous times to have them explain what each feature was and never received anything back. This updated version gives you a DETAILED explanation of the remote and breaks down how to use each section which the 1st one did not. The 1st one had heat issues and I got burned twice after testing the new one I was able to see they fixed that issue as well. The latest version is much better and I would buy from them again knowing that they figured out the problems and fixed them and wish to have their customers happy. I'm happy with the new one and hope that their customer service keeps up the good work.

Helps with aches and pains in only a 30min cycle or two. Doesn't get too hot if you keep the intensity lower. Does have a bit of a smell out of the box but it feels sturdy. Pretty simple to use and the pad is flexible. The plastic covering is not removable but it's easy to wipe down after use.

Item was received on 02/07/2025. As of 04/15/2025 only 3 rows of lights will work consistently. This was my second one of these. The first did not operate properly from the start, that one was returned and this one is the replacement. I am very disappointed in this product. The return window closed on 03/08/2025 so I am stuck with this broken piece of garbage. Will not purchase anything from the company that manufactured this item ever again. After my initial review the company contacted and informed me that they became aware of the defect in their product. They made improvements to negate the issues and sent me an updated version. So far it is performing flawlessly. I have to say it is refreshing to have a company stand behind their product and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. I give my thanks to them and rerate the product and company with 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s.

As advertised they claim right upfront that this Therapy Pad is a 180W unit (Red Light Therapy Pad for Body, 180W LED Red & Infrared Light Device Mat with 660nm & 850...) This is not a true statement and is a lie as it is only a 60Watt pad, in their specifications on the Amazon page they cleverly say Rating power: 180W then say Actual Power: 60W but when you receive the unit it does not list Rating Power: 180W anywhere in the specifications! The pad seams to work and provide some relief but I'm still disappointed this is way I gave out one star. I will not recommend this Mat because of the false advertising!

I have few red light pads of different sizes, and this one is the best - really well made, with lots of LEDs and great craftsmanship. None of the others I have come close to this one in terms of quality. However, I personally prefer one without a cover over the LEDs, which this one has. I know many actually complain when the cover is missing and think it has to have one, but not necessarily. Everyone is different. I would really love to find a similar high-quality one without that cover.

I purchased my first one of this in June 2024. While I didn't start using it regularly until around Nov or Dec 2024, I have found that since then, my tinnitus has actually notably decreased in volume, duration, and frequency (I didn't have it constantly). My cord broke for the mat, and I reached out to customer service. Liya was super helpful, sent a new cord, but after it got lost in the mail, she went ahead and sent me a new mat with their updated cord. Because of the surprising results of the tinnitus decreasing (it did come back when I couldn't use the mat or when I wasn't consistent with it), I purchased a second one as a gift for my dad who has really bad, continual and loud tinnitus. It does take a month or two at 30 min/ day to start to see a difference in the tinnitus (at least for me). I've never seen any studies that use red light therapy mats elsewhere on the body to treat tinnitus (I use my mat on my torso), only red lasers shined into the ears, but I can tell you that at least for me, it has worked wonders. 9 months and its still being used regularly. Definatly happy with choosing the larger size. Circulation improves as long as it's used 1-2 times daily. Keeps me warm while trying to lower cholesterol and reduce pain from post surgery. Skin is glowing and wrinkles are lessoned (didn't have much to begin with). Great substitution for driving to the spa beds for the lights.

I have been using this for my ankle pain, hip pain, and shoulder pain. All arthritic issues. It has been amazing that after about 2 weeks of use each day, I am pain free for days or weeks. Some times I go back to the ankle or knee and do another day or two, and the pain is gone again. After doctors telling me there was nothing I could do for the ankle pain, I felt like I had nothing to lose by trying the red light therapy. And it works!!! When I awake at 6AM I just grab the pad put it in place, turn it on for 30 minutes, cover it so I can't see the red light and go back to sleep. So easy.
