Sleep 100% ...The hives from being allergic to it 0%
Will you sleep amazing?? Absolutely. Will your gave possibly break out in hives because you're allergies to it? For me, YES! And I'm super sad about it too because over the last few days I slept better then I had in the last two years! I wasn't sure the Lemme was the culprit but after lots of googling a call to my doctor and stopping it for 2 days to clear my system the hives went away. I'm so sad because I finally thought I'd found my cure to my sleepless peremenopausal symptoms. Back to the drawing board I go 😔
