The medium was too big early on and still a bit big in my 36th week. I am 5'3" 130 and beginning snd 150 towards end of pregnancy and I wish I would have ordered a small. The belly portion has been too long the entire time making it roll at the ton and digs into my skin. This would probably not be the case if I had a smaller size. These were great for a winter pregnancy as they were warm and allowed me to wear dresses rather than purchasing several pairs of maternity pants. However, they are difficult to get on towards the end of my pregnancy now that my belly is in the way!I didn't feel much in terms of support, so if that is what you are looking for, I wouldn't count on these helping much. This could also be due to them being too big for me but I'm not sure. I had a lot of back pain in second trimester but these didn't seem to help much.
