Copper is utilized by the body to make red blood cells. Another way it is used is to control fungus. At the atomic level, upon contact, binds to fungus and it becomes something harmless. Too much copper, like most things will cause it to become bio-unavailable and defeat it's purpose as fungal control. It works internally as well as topically, but be consistent and patient because it can take a while as an anti yeast/fungal. I find 30PPM sufficient and this can be diluted with distilled water. Meaning 16oz 100PPM becomes 48oz 33PPM

Way to add liquid minerals to your system

I use it in a mist bottle and apply to my clean face, and then a couple squirts in my mouth. Copper is suppose to be good for skin and I agree. Has a ''copper'' taste, whatever that means.

it appears clear, the liquid. i have gold 100ppm and that is rosy colored. i thought this would be colored as well. i can’t taste it either ; it just tastes like tap water. same with the 30ppm i got from a different brand. so idk about this.

How I found out about the element copper was on TicTok and the benefits of it. When I seen this product online and wanted to try it because there are a lot of companies selling it but they are in 8oz bottles and they want $40 or more. This was an awesome deal and I definitely see the benefits of it.

I used to use chewable copper tabs. They was not seriously unpleasant flavor but chalky with a mineral taste. this product has a very light flavor. it's easy to use and it comes in a large enough bottle that I don't have to keep ordering it. I'm very pleased. And it has a higher value of copper.
