Are these water soluble?

GuruNanda oils are not water soluble as they are 100% pure and natural. Oils do not mix with water, they float to the surface of the water and the oil’s nanoparticles are carried in the mist when using a diffuser. -GuruNanda LLC

Aparentemente son aceites buenos y de aroma agradable. Lo anuncian como producto importado y no te especifican que no los pueden mandar de EEUA a Mexico Nunca me llegaron y yo tuve que investigar por mi parte y solicitar el reembolso.
