Sweet story that goes along with the show which our child LOVES, so she really appreciated the gift. All the Beat Bugs books have similar illustrations - they look like a photo take of a garden in macro mode (zoomed in with only part in focus because they are supposed to look like they're of something very small, taken very close up). All the books look like that, it's the style, so be aware if that type of thing bothers you. Also like all the other Beat Bugs books in this series, has a full page at the end with the lyrics how they were adapted (if at all) for the show! You can sing the song with them right there! Review: Teaches great lessons - Love this story! Like all of the Beat Bug books, this one shows how friends can work together to get things done....and that it is more fun to do things together than alone. Pictures are great. Writing is great. Bonus of song lyrics in the back.
