This arrived days befoe quoted, I was so suprised and happy. I wanted to replace my 26 year old Sky dish that had failed and was quite daunted at the task, The dish was in kit form and needed assembling, the instructions were sufficient. From start to finish it took me 1.5 hours to complete the task, the kit had a sattelite finder which I didn't realise was included that made tuning the dish very easy. I highly recommend this for anyon that is half decent at DIY tasks. Very happy with the quality and price of this item, Thank you.

My old satellite dish has failed, well it has been there more years than I care to think. I ordered a zone 2 dish kit, although where I live a zone 1 should have been adequate. It's a bit belt and braces. Everything you need is supplied right down to tie wraps and cable clips. You need to be able to drill 4 hefty holes in your wall and supply a 10mm and 13mm spanner plus a cross head screw driver. Instuctions are a bit minimal but it's easy once you start to put it all together. I was able to cheat a bit as the location holes for the new bracket were in the same place as the old. All went together easily. Next to the aligning. The satellite finder is a basic model, but pointing the dish roughly in the same direction as the old and moving it slightly produced a positive result which with further adjustment homed in on a strong signal. I'm sure that if you just pointed roughly where you expect to, using a compass as installed on my phone, I would have got a good result. The first problem. I tuned into over a 1000 channels on my TV, all foreign. I had found the Astra 1 satellite instead of the Astra 2. A slight swing anti clockwise, to the east, and another strong signal. Success, over 100 channels on Freesat. Really pleased with this kit. Everything you need is supplied so no mixing and matching components. Can recommend.

This is actually a good dish, standard sky design. I would recommend the 80cm just so it works in bad weather. alos get a quad LNB as you may want extra connections (and isnt that more expensive). Just check what you order - I order a quad but only single cable not shotgun by mistake and lets say Sky Satellites didnt fall over themselves to help me.

Perfect you can’t go wrong with this dish bundle. I didn’t have a clue about setting this up but very simple and all working in under a hour.

As per many other reviews, this is excellent value for money. The box comes with everything in it that you will need to install the dish and set it up. It has spare connectors if you wish to split the cable it is supplied with. It also has clips for the cable and a great little satellite detector. All wall brackets bolts etc are supplied with a diagram of how to assemble the unit. It is not rocket science but the leaflet helps. Great value for money, it is now installed and works great at picking up German TV off Astra 1 satellite.

Easy install of the dish to the wall with the bolts and wall plugs provided, ran the cable connected it all up aimed the dish at a distant conservatory (point indicated from a Freesat website app) and adjusted for max signal using the meter in the kit. Turned TV on and found I had numerous channels all in German. Re-checked the app and found I was pointing at wrong conservatory! Quick adjust to dish and BBC1 etc all appear. For Freesat this is a good kit as the picture signal is great (used 20m of cable), fitting is straight forward (would add some more diagrams though to the instructions) and overall quality is excellent, well pleased with this.

Nice large dish for Scottish signal. Old one fell off the wall. Satellite finder worth the bit extra. Quick delivery.
