Good for Recovery
This is a great L-Glutamine supplement. It's excellent for recovery. It dissolves very quickly and does not add any discernible taste to whatever you mix it to. Works great with creatine mixed into a protein shake or hydration drink.

I have gained 5 lbs of lean muscle while on this glutamine and it also helps to make me blast longer in my workouts ✅. I love the way this last 2 months so my money goes a long way.. perfect value ✅ I used to take the pill form of glutamine but the mix is better and faster for protein synthesis. The pill size version is about the shape of a dime. ✅. I mix 1 scoop (1 serving) in 16oz of water and this mixes very well with no residue on bottle.
