Excellent laptop
This machine is exactly what my husband wants from a laptop. Very satisfied with it. Even the keyboard light up under the keys when it's used. Wish I had come across this earlier when I was looking to replace my own laptop. As they say "compact and bijou". Very happy hubby.

Superb deal from start to finish.
Wow, this has to be one of my best purchases ever. The laptop was in perfect condition and the seller even had a document in the box to explain how to set up the battery for maximum effectiveness. The laptop is turned on at around 7:00 am and goes off again at 23:00 pm with just a few hours standing with the lid down. I charge it at lunch time every two days and it does well. I bought my first computer in the early 70's (an Oric1 - 1MB) and upgraded almost every year but this is the fastest laptop I have ever owned. I only ordered it as a standby until my new gaming quality PC arrived, it is now here but I am still happy to spend most of my day on this laptop.

Overall a great laptop
This is a brilliant budget laptop and is faster than expected however I was a little disappointed to find that despite being advertised as having one it doesn't appear to have a camera which massively limits its functionality especially if you need to use Teams/Zoom, etc.

Broke within 7 times of using it
I bought this 7 months ago and only use it once a month to do my book keeping on it. The laptop was working ok (bit slow but ok) until I went to turn it on and NOTHING. The charging light came on for a second then went off again. Went to a Dell specialist and they said it's the mother board and unfortunately can not be fixed I now can not send this back or get a refund due to it being over 30 days of delivery. Very very unhappy

Edited review to add a video (I'm no David Bailey, the only cuts in it are to protect my personal details and the serial number of the laptop and yes my nails need a clean but i'd just got back from work so don't judge me! It was meant to be an unboxing video for security sake but I thought I'd share with you.) I've also added a picture to show the screen working. Oh and an update after using it for a while... I've also had it now for about 4 weeks and it has performed faultlessly and the battery acts like it's brand new too. Holds charge whilst shut down and around 6hrs of normal use time including YouTube video watching and upwards of 10hrs without video use. Yes the speakers are tinny but it's a laptop! I've honestly tried to find fault with this but I really couldn't. I had doubts on this when I ordered due to the 1 star reviews but I took a chance for the price and maybe I got lucky or some of them expected more than they wanted to pay for. I ordered this and it was delivered 1 day before due so I can't fault that. I was expecting a reburshied laptop in excellent quality(their terms) and I honestly, really can't fault it. It came out of the very well packaged box in near new condition. Far exceeding what I expected. The spec that I ordered was on point and in actual fact was over and above what was listed. I've had this for a week now and have done performance tests on it and lives up to what's claimed. The battery holds about 9/10 hours charge on normal use and has sat for 4 days with no loss of power when shut down. I'm meant to comment about sound quality, ease of use and functionality but this is all subjective of what you use it for so do the speakers work? Yes. Is it easy to use? Well it's a laptop, depends if you know how to use one. Is it functional? I've tested everything and tried to find fault but all ports, card reader camera all work as advertised. I would 100% use this company again.

Reasonably Happy.
Arrived 1 day late, so no big deal with that. Condition was as described (no scratches etc), but there was a fair bit of dirt engrained in grooves around machine. 30 day free trial for MS Office wouldn't load correctly with bank card details, so cant be used. Overall I got what I paid for I suppose.

Refurb Laptop lives up to it's Billing
Description as stated in excellent condition looks the business. seems to function ok. Needs an extended test drive to check out all the functions . So far my purchases from the Warehouse have lived up to their billing in terms of price and quality.
