Broke within 7 times of using it
I bought this 7 months ago and only use it once a month to do my book keeping on it. The laptop was working ok (bit slow but ok) until I went to turn it on and NOTHING. The charging light came on for a second then went off again. Went to a Dell specialist and they said it's the mother board and unfortunately can not be fixed I now can not send this back or get a refund due to it being over 30 days of delivery. Very very unhappy

Great product...
Fast delivery. Product meets expectations. Price is not greatly reduced given it is a reconditioned line vs. new product. Not fully wiped...I am getting personalised marketing messages for 'Claire' ( not my name?) from a brand.

Refurb Laptop lives up to it's Billing
Description as stated in excellent condition looks the business. seems to function ok. Needs an extended test drive to check out all the functions . So far my purchases from the Warehouse have lived up to their billing in terms of price and quality.

A very good price for a very good entry level Windows 11 PC. Good battery life and that new laptop smell.

Be careful
Laptop was OK but not as advertised on Amazon's Web site. I ordered a Dell Latitude with windows 11 and was sent one running windows 10,and charged me £60 extra for this. I tried to get a replacement but that's not available. When I did eventually speak to a human this was solved and a refund was made and the Laptop was picked up by a courier. This was done very efficiently. It was a good laptop so I'm quite Disappointed.

Very good laptop from good supplier
Nice laptop, but 1st one kept freezing. Contacted supplier, they couldn't have been better - arranged swap - new one working without fault so far. Originally bought to dual boot, but easier to stick to Linux Mint as far more grown up than Windows (Microsoft treat every user as if 3 years old!).
