Happy I found these! Swallowing tablets doesn’t work well for me, so I was pleased when I read that these capsules could be added to a drink. I’ve been having issues with bloating since my 40’s. All of these fluctuating hormones make my body go nuts. So I use it in my morning smoothies now. I drank it mixed with only water when I was traveling, and it wasn’t bad, it tasted a bit like spices, but maybe not everyone’s cup of tea. I also like the ingredients in this product as I have joint pain and only use allergen-free food. It does help the belly pains and gas I get after eating. I feel more at ease.

Have used as prescribed but unfortunately did not work for me. Infact I’ve got slightly worse so this did not work as well as I had hoped. Bloating very badly, heartburn and now developed headaches after eating. Did give this a good try and just finished my second bottle. Would not say it had any positive effect and would not personally recommend

These products have not been regulated. I have just recovered from reacting to these pills resulting in me loosing over 5kgs in 4 days, placing me in hospital on a drip. The Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) decides whether a product is considered a medicinal product based on the claims made or the active substances present. These have not gone through these UK regulators.

It has really helped with bloating! Since I entered menopause I’ve been having issues with bloating and slow metabolism. I don’t think I have lost any fat since I stated taking these but I definitely feel lighter and less uncomfortable. Its like the water my body was holding on to especially around my belly is flushing out. I used to look a bit pregnant but not anymore! I will continue taking these as it helps with my digestive and ultimately my immune system and my skin. I’ve recommended it to my all my friends at work!

I've only been taking these tablets for four days now, but I would have to say I am I am very impressed with the effects of them so far. The first thing I noticed, was my indigestion was greatly diminished, or non existent. A BIG plus for me, as I do suffer regularly with indigestion! As for the bloating aspect that they are marketing it for, I can say after my evening meals, I don't feel as heavy and my clothes certainly don't feel tight. For example, we recently went out for a big family celebration, where there were starters, meals, desserts and drinks. Normally I'd have skipped either the starter or desserts (or both), as I know I would just feel too uncomfortable by the end of the meal. However this time, I was able to enjoy all courses offered. As for the pills themselves, they are on the fairly large size. I don't struggle taking tablets, so I was ok, but if you do, this could be a factor. They do have a smell to them. For me it wasn't a disgusting smell, as I quite like the smell of ginger. Over all I would reccommend these tablets to anyone.

Was sceptical about this especially as it's miles cheaper than similar products but I am FINALLY losing weight after 2 yrs of a calorie controlled diet as I'm digesting my food and the bloating has gone. Been struggling with weight loss since menopause but this genuinely helps
