Not for everyone but I love it
Yes itโs expensive, but you donโt eat in big lumps. You shave some off to have on pancakes or waffles. Itโs creamy and sweeter than most cheese but itโs a real delicacy.

I used to get this at a cheese counter at a local garden centre. But they had a face-lift and the cheese counter went the way of the dodo. The only way I can get this cheese is via amazon. It arrived on time and was well packaged. The flavour and texture are fantastic. I'll be ordering more very soon.
