worth it!
These blocks are quite nice - easy to use and well made. My chiropractor uses similar on me so decided to get some to use at home. Work quite well and my hips and back appreciate them!

Recommended by chiropractor, low back pain
I had an x-ray done and I do not have any space between L5 and S1 (low back), this has led to muscle tightness and pain across my low back. The chriropractor recommended using these to help put a stretch and create space between the vertebrae in my back. It is a not a solution, but helps treat the condition - I will consistently have to use them and over time hopefully that space will have decreased compression. The blocks themselves are sturdy, durable - they are covered in leather, well-made. You lay on your bed and slide them under your hips and allow the angle of the blocks to stretch/put traction on your lower spine. I have found them helpful and doing what they're meant for.

Helped balance my hips
These are super easy to use. You need to know how to use them from a Doctor who does SOT. My hips get twisted occasionally where my right hip is too far forward from my left hip. I learned how to use these at my chiropractor and I know when I need to use them. Saves me a trip to the chiropractor!

Not as padded and corners are sharper. Not very comfortable to use.

These wedges were somewhat smaller than I expected but still work well. Note : I am a relatively large person (6ft 3 in, 270 lbs). Price was OK. Quality was acceptable.

These SOT blocks are well made. They have good structure and weight and allow for easy use for the pelvic/sacral area. Just make sure you know what you are doing or have your doctor or physical therapist work with you. You don't want to cause more pain or damage. Go slowly and listen to your body. When it hurts, stop. Pain is a message. Listen to your body.
