I've so far used it for soup, chili, apple pie filling and leftover risotto. Freeze food overnight then demould, pop the food blocks into a freezer bag and wash the mold in the the dishwasher and it's ready to reuse for the next meal. It has a metal frame that keeps it upright and does food spilling, very handy for soups. It's not cheap but feels very robust and is clearly marked inside with 125ml and 250ml.
